Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data is processed, stored, and shared across syntina.ai, app.syntina.ai, and the Syntina mobile app, and the rights you have.

1. Data we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and (if used) your Apple/Google sign-in identifier.
- Content: photos you upload, prompts, and the renders/videos/projects you generate.
- Usage and device data: in-app events, crash/performance logs, device type, and language.
- Subscription status: plan, credit balance, and purchase state (card/payment details are never stored by us — payments are processed by Apple).
- Support requests: messages you send us.
2. How we use your data
- Authentication, session management, and operating your account;
- Delivering the render, video, and 3D generation flows;
- Enforcing subscription and credit entitlements;
- Performance, error monitoring, security, and abuse prevention;
- Responding to support requests and improving the service.
3. Third parties we share with
To provide the service we work, on a limited basis, with the following providers:
- Apple & RevenueCat — in-app purchases and subscription management.
- AI model providers (e.g. fal.ai) — processing your prompts and images to generate results.
- Hosting and content delivery (CDN) — storing and serving data and images.
- Analytics and error monitoring (PostHog) — usage measurement and crash detection.
We do not sell your data for advertising.
4. Tracking
Syntina does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers (such as the IDFA). Because there is no cross-app tracking, no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown. Analytics data is used solely to operate and improve the product.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the service. When you delete your account, your personal data is deleted or anonymized; certain billing/transaction records may be retained for a limited period to meet legal obligations.
6. Account and data deletion
You can permanently delete your account and associated data from within the app via Profile > Delete account. You may also request deletion by emailing support@syntina.ai.
7. Security
We transmit data over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and store access credentials in secure on-device storage (Keychain). While no method is 100% secure, we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
8. Children
The service is not designed for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including the Turkish KVKK no. 6698 and, where relevant, the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict the processing of, and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@syntina.ai. International transfers are carried out only under the safeguards required by applicable law.
