1. Scope of the service

Syntina is a software service that provides AI-powered architectural visualization, render, video, and, in certain scenarios, 3D model generation. The service is offered over the web (syntina.ai, app.syntina.ai) and through the iOS mobile app. Features may change, be added, or be removed from time to time.

2. Eligibility and account

To use the service you must be 18 years old or the age of majority in your country. You are responsible for the security of your account, the confidentiality of your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. You can permanently delete your account from within the app at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate or upload content that is unlawful, infringes copyright, is hateful, obscene, or violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to identify or depict real individuals without their consent;
• Reverse-engineer the service or use it for automated abuse, excessive load, or to bypass security;
• Attempt to obtain credits or subscriptions through fraudulent means.

Content safety filters are applied to AI outputs. Accounts that violate these terms may have their access suspended or terminated.

4. Content and intellectual property

The inputs you upload belong to you. The service has the right to process those inputs in order to generate outputs. Rights to the generated renders, videos, and models are granted to you within the framework of applicable laws and the terms of your subscription; the limits that applicable law places on AI outputs are reserved. The Syntina brand, software, and interface belong to Syntina.

5. Subscriptions, credits, and payments

The service offers subscription plans and credit-based usage. All purchases in the mobile app are made through the Apple App Store (Apple In-App Purchase) and Apple’s rules apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew: an auto-renewable subscription renews automatically for the same period and at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (Apple ID > Subscriptions) on your device; turning off auto-renewal there stops future charges. Current prices are shown on the purchase screen and on our pricing page, and may vary by region. Credits granted with a plan are consumed as you generate content and, unless stated otherwise, do not carry over after the period or after cancellation.

6. Refunds and cancellation

For purchases made through the App Store, refunds are governed by Apple’s refund policy and are requested through Apple. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused credits except where required by applicable law. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.

7. Third-party services

The service works with third parties such as payment/subscription providers (Apple, RevenueCat), hosting, content delivery, analytics, and AI model providers. These providers may have their own terms. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” Syntina does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, a specific business outcome, commercial gain, or that AI output will be fit for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Syntina shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also stop using the service at any time by deleting your account.
