GDPR Notice
This notice explains how the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies to your use of Syntina, and the rights it gives you over your personal data.
This notice supplements our Privacy Policy, which describes in detail what data we collect, why, and who we share it with. If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, this page summarises how the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / UK GDPR) applies to you.

1. Legal bases we rely on
- Performance of a contract — creating your account, generating the renders, videos, and models you request, billing, and support.
- Consent — optional analytics and marketing cookies (asked via the cookie banner and revocable at any time), and marketing emails you opt in to.
- Legitimate interests — securing the service, preventing abuse and fraud, and improving product quality.
- Legal obligations — accounting, tax, and record-keeping requirements.
2. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can, at any time:
- Access — ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification — have inaccurate data corrected.
- Erasure — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten"). You can also delete your account directly from account settings.
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data.
- Portability — receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format.
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it without affecting prior processing.
3. How to exercise your rights
Email us at support@syntina.ai from the address linked to your account. We respond to requests within one month, as the GDPR requires; if a request is complex we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you if so. Exercising these rights is free of charge.
4. International transfers
Syntina is operated from Türkiye, and the AI and infrastructure providers listed in our Privacy Policy process data in other countries, including the United States. Where personal data of EU/UK users is transferred internationally, we work with providers that offer recognised safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses in their data-processing terms). Payments for customers outside Türkiye are handled by our merchant of record, Polar, which acts as the seller for those transactions and processes payment data under its own privacy terms.
5. Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your data lawfully, please contact us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your EU member state, or with the ICO in the United Kingdom.
6. Changes
We will update this notice as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
