Refund Policy
This policy explains when you can get a refund for a Syntina subscription or credit pack, and how to ask for one.
1. Who sells your order
Web purchases on syntina.ai and app.syntina.ai that are billed in US dollars are sold by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns for them. Purchases made in the iOS app are billed by Apple (see section 6). Purchases billed in Turkish lira are covered by our Turkish Terms of Use.
2. 14-day refund for unused purchases
You can get a full refund within 14 days of a charge, as long as none of the credits included in that purchase have been used. This applies to a new subscription, to each subscription renewal, and to one-off credit packs.
3. When a refund isn’t available
Once you have used any credits from a purchase, that purchase can no longer be refunded: the AI generations you ran have already been delivered and their processing costs paid. We also don’t refund partial subscription periods or requests made more than 14 days after the charge.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the billing page of your account in the app. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access, and the credits you have left, until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@syntina.ai from the address on your Syntina account and include the order number from your receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly using the link in your receipt email. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used; how long they take to appear depends on your bank.
6. Purchases in the iOS app
Subscriptions and credits bought in the iOS app are billed by Apple. Refunds for them follow Apple’s refund policy and are requested through Apple, not through us.
